rnrnToxicity &Deaths As of 2022, 3-MMC has accounted for at least 18 deaths - seven as the only drug - while more than 250 non-fatal intoxications have been reported in the EU.Blood levels in fatal cases: 0.3–1.6 µg ml⁻¹;common symptoms included tachycardia, hyperthermia, and seizures.Acute side effects correspond to those of other cathinones: dry mouth, bruxism, anxiety, loss of appetite and, in severe overdoses, hyponatremia and rhabdomyolysis.
