MetabolismrnIn vitro with human hepatocytes shows that the molecule rapidly undergoes N-oxidation, aryl-hydroxylation with subsequent O-methylation, side chain hydroxylation and cleavage of the ethyl bridge is broken down;This creates, among other things,the bis-dealkylated core fragment.These metabolites are then glucuronidated or sulfated and excreted renally.
